Access to Atos Unify Support Portal now under Partner > Partner Portal

The Atos Unify Support Portal is the extranet for our OEM Partners, Service Delivery Partners, Technology Partners, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Selfmaintainers and German Consultants.

With the launch of our new Partner Portal & PRM System, we are hosting extranet users (Atos Unify Support Portal) and our accredited sales partners (Atos Unify Partner Portal) on the same platform granting group specific views. Note: This new platform is not hosting Atos Unify end customers with valid maintenance contract, which remain using the Atos Web Support Portal / Customer Support Portal.

All user of the Atos Unify Support Portal from above target groups, can no longer access the extranet from here, but you need to login under Partners > Partner Portal with your known credentials. You will find there the content and tools known from previous Support Portal – providing you all for your business relation with Atos Unify relevant resources in a for your audience tailored portal view.
