Atos and Ingram Micro Launch UK Distribution Partnership for Unify Portfolio
Atos and Ingram Micro have agreed to a distribution partnership in the UK which enables Ingram Micro to distribute the Atos unified communications and collaboration (UCC) portfolio, marketed under the Unify brand.
With particular focus on the rapidly growing cloud market, the agreement will make available the entire range of Unify products to Ingram Micro reseller partners in the UK, including the range of OpenScape UCC products and Circuit.

NICE inContact partnership
Atos and NICE inContact announced a partnership in which Atos will make NICE inContact CXone a preferred solution for Contact Center as a Service and bring CXone to the company’s installed base of contact center agents as well as new customers. CXone will be integrated with Circuit and sold by Atos under the name Cloud Contact Center – powered by CXone, to deliver one unified, digital-first omnichannel cloud customer experience platform. This complements the OpenScape Contact Center solution, which Atos will continue to offer for on-premise and hosted requirements.

Atos Named a Leader in Aragon Research Globe for Team Collaboration, 2019
Atos has been positioned as a leader by Aragon Research, Inc., in its Globe for Team Collaboration, 2019, under the Unify product brand. Aragon evaluated 18 vendors based on what they defined as the key capabilities of team collaboration, including messaging, voice and video calling, persistent group chat, web and video conferencing, file sharing and document collaboration. Aragon noted Circuit’s many integrations with partners and third-party applications as a strength, as well as its enterprise and carrier-grade scalability.

Unify’s online shop for Partners
Unify has an online shop where Partners can purchase branded Merchandise and Point of Sale items (such as posters and pull ups for events). The Portal is easy to use and payment methods are straightforward. The Portal provides Partners with a one-stop, simple way of ordering Unify branded items, with international same day shipping.
The shop also includes a large selection of branded clothing.
To gain access to the online shop, login to the Partner Portal and click on this link: https://merchandise.unify.com/cgi-bin/cosmoshop/lshop.cgi and select your language. In the “help” section, there is a guide that walks you through the process.
Unify Partner Program Updates
We are constantly evolving our Partner Program here at Unify, to make sure we are making your lives easier and enhancing our products for more profitability. We’re really excited to share with you some of the latest updates:
- Marketing Development Funds (MDF) – up to 100% more from October and up to 50% can be used to fund training and tests
- Cloud value rebates have been replaced with the NEW Cloud Development Fund – 1% for Authorized, 3% for Professional and 6% for Master
- Implementation and Support Certificates reduced from 2 to 1 (in selected clusters)
- From 1st October, value rebates will be replaced by MDF

Unified and reliable – the new communications solution for all Wiesbauer locations
Founded in 1931, Wiesbauer is the largest sausage manufacturer in Austria. There are approximately 840 employees at four locations, who strive for one priority: complete customer satisfaction. And just as they seek to please their customers, Wiesbauer management was looking to be as excited by the new unified communications solution. The existing systems at the headquarters in Vienna and local offices in Reidling and Gönyú (Hungary) were each replaced with the flexible, scalable and highly available OpenScape Business X8 architecture, thanks to the team at A1 Telekom Austria.
