The only validation that ultimately really matters – Customer Satisfaction

What’s better than getting recognition and accolades from industry experts and analysts? Well, I would suggest being celebrated by our satisfied customers is really the ultimate validation that a vendor can receive.

Atos Unify has a long history in the enterprise communications and collaboration space, and over the many decades, we have accumulated over 40 million users that have used our offerings. In the process, generations of technologies have come and gone, and ground-breaking products had their day and then were eventually retired.

Throughout that journey, one thing remained consistent and central to our purpose – customer satisfaction. Ultimately, without happy and trusting customers (and partners) – we have nothing.

In that light, we are very honored and grateful to be named once again as number one in customer satisfaction, among 33 vendors evaluated in the 2020 Eastern Management Group (EMG) Premises and Hosted PBX Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey was completed by more than 4,000 IT managers worldwide, in mid-market and enterprise businesses with 300 or more employees.

Founded in 1979, EMG is one of the top communications research and consulting businesses in the world, investigates and advises clients on market behavior and best practices. Their global study, which explores twelve measures across the dimensions of product, vendor experience, and customer delight, is one of the most comprehensive of its kind in our industry today.

In particular, customers said Atos Unify stood out in the areas of products and technology, customer support, installation, billing, and management tools. 91% of respondents reported that they would be ‘Likely’ to recommend Atos Unify to a friend. We don’t take customer satisfaction for granted, so being rated number one among 33 industry peer companies is certainly a vote of confidence we can all celebrate!
