Тhe Global Business Services Center in Sofia, Bulgaria was certified successfully by the Great Place to Work Certification® Program. The office is located in the heart of the capital and the team currently numbers around 500 young professionals.
Starting as a Financial Shared Services Center 5 years ago supporting Unify, a Siemens company, it is now a multifunctional Global Business Services Center, supporting more than 15 interlocking functions, capitalizing on synergies, enhancing efficiency and developing a critical pool of knowledge and expertise.

The main focus of the Global Business Services Center is continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, flexibility and increasing added value to our stakeholders. The center provides professional trainings, foreign languages as well as soft skills, management and leadership development to prepare our people for the challenges of today and tomorrow.
As evidence of all of the above, last month Тhe Global Business Services Center in Sofia has been certified as a Great Place to Work, being the ‘Gold Standard’ and the most definitive ‘Employer-of-Choice’ and Workplace quality recognition that any organization can receive, Atos being the first nominee in Bulgaria!
