When we set out to gather again after 3 years without a global Unify Partner Conference, our ambitions were high – new solutions to launch, new and successful partnerships to celebrate and a new era for both Unify as well as many of our partners as we transform together. The resulting energy, enthusiasm, and momentum of UPC 2023 in Lisbon continues to inspire, so to recognize the amazing contributions of our partners and the teams that put it together, we wanted to say thank you.

From communication & collaboration solutions for small and medium to large enterprises, foundational voice to specialized use cases, the UPC 2023 Innovation Hub demonstrated Atos Unify’s latest innovations, solutions and opportunities. 6 experience pods showcased key aspects of our portfolio, hosted by Unify experts to engage with our partners and help inspire growth.

OpenScape Business is a future-proof communication solution based on state-of-the-art technologies that integrate a modern media server as the foundation for WebRTC-based solutions, together with interworking cloud capabilities, such as Unify Phone and Microsoft Teams. Deployment models include on-premises, private cloud, or hybrid for maximum customer flexibility. The new rack variant X1R provides smaller organizations with a very powerful and attractive UC and IP-based communication system.

Many organizations face the challenge of how to seamlessly support workforce communication regardless of their location. The enterprise communication solutions OpenScape Voice, OpenScape 4000 and OpenScape UC, working together with our latest CP desk phones and the cloud phone solution Unify Phone, help to overcome these challenges. Partners were updated on how these solutions empower the hybrid workplace and experienced our latest offering, Unify Phone, showcasing Microsoft Teams integration.

Partners learned how our contact center solutions can drive better customer experiences. We shared how we plan to address the small and mid-size market with a new offering, and the latest developments of our OpenScape Contact Center solution. We presented the potential our Cloud Contact Center powered by CXone could bring to partners and customers alike.

Moving to a cloud communication platform does not have to be risky or mean you lose control. Atos Unify ensures our partners, and their customers remain in control through our different pathways to achieve their desired outcomes. Hub 6 – In the Frontline 

Knowledge workers often have the benefit of both flexible and remote working options. This is a very different story for frontline workers. They have direct customer contact or work in physical locations from research labs, healthcare delivery and hospitality to on-site customer care, logistics, warehousing, and retail. At Hub 6 partners could learn how to create better experiences for frontliners and explore “must-have” vertical communication solutions.
