Unify’s Contact Center and Unified Communications portfolio to be shown in Hall 2, Stand C3
Unify, the Atos brand for communications software and services, will showcase innovations from its Contact Center and Unified Communications portfolio at CallCenterWorld 2017 in Berlin. In hall 2, booth C3, Unify will show its innovative solutions for omni-channel management based on the OpenScape Contact Center suite, including the integration of video applications and social media. Unify will also highlight demand-driven contact center services from the cloud, using practical live demos of Unify’s Circuit, the cloud-based application for communication and collaboration that combines voice, video, messaging, screen sharing and file sharing on a single user interface.
